As a successful real estate team, Megan Scott aimed to expand into the vacation home market with their new business venture, Scottage Group, specifically focusing on cottages. To accomplish this, they sought my expertise in copywriting and market research. My goal was to develop engaging copy that highlights the unique charm of small towns in the Northumberland and Peterborough county regions, while crafting authentic, storytelling-driven content that genuinely and relatably connects Megan, the company's lead real estate agent, with potential clients.
